COMPUTER CLUB ISSUE 9
INTERVIEW WITH P.C. WIGGLESWORTH AND P.C. DARCH.
Some of the Computer Club people interviewed P.C. Wigglesworth and I asked a question which was "What kind of equipment do you use?". Luckily, P.C. Darch had his stuff on him. Luke asked if he would handcuff him and P.C. Darch did. P.C. Wigglesworth (known to some as P.C. Keith) kept on saying he wanted a cup of tea. The interview with them was great. by Michelle

P.C. Wigglesworth came to school to talk about Road Safety and saying 'NO' to strangers. I asked him "What is your favourite job at the police station?" He liked using the computer to find out about criminals. by Matthew

RUGBY Every Sunday I go to rugby. It's a dangerous game but I enjoy it because you can tackle hard. I am a prop forward. I have to go in the scrum, line outs and rucks.
I have played rugby for 2 years. My brother's friend broke his little finger.
The positions are hooker, tight head (prop), loose head (prop), winger and centre half.
In our year we have 3 people in the scrum, rucks and line outs. The props are in these and the hooker. On a team there are 6 people. by Luke.
PLYMOUTH ARGYLE
Every Monday night I have to go up to Bridgwater to play football for Plymouth. Well, only training! I really enjoy it but there is one down point - it's on astroturf. If you go for about 10 weeks and you still wear your own stuff you get told not to go again. I am very lucky to still be going by my friend Aaron isn't going to last much longer. Well I don't think so!

I now have to wear a splint on my right leg to help me to walk properly. It is made of plastic and it does up with velcro and it fits in my trainer and goes up to my knee. I have to wear long socks with it. I am hoping that it will enable me to move about without falling over so often. by Nina
Year 4 Science
Year 4 science is about Healthy Living. Today we talked about health risks. If you smoke it can damage your lungs. It covers the inside of the lungs in a black tarry substance. You can get bits of your lungs amputated because the black substance gets thicker and soon the bottom of the lung will be a pool of black. So that is why it has to be amputated. You can live with only half of your lung!
